Short report (from Austria):
- Day 1:
School meeting point: Homerion 2nd Senior High School - welcoming and getting to know each other, working together - presentations by students - performance of the video clips of the individual schools - tour of the school - tour of the Nea Smyrna district - dinner together
- Day 2:
Drive to Cape Sounion (Cape at the southernmost tip of Attica) - Temple of Poseidon (site where sailors could ask the favor of the sea god for a voyage) - drive to Lavrio - port walk - lunch at school (cooked by parents, students and teachers) - Greek dances and songs - parliament, changing of the guard (Evzones guarding the Presidential Palace and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Syntagma Square) - dinner together
- Day 3:
Acropolis Museum, guided tour - lunch break in the old town district of Plaka - visit to the Acropolis - Theater of Dionysus (the most important theater in the ancient Greece, is considered the birthplace of ancient Greek theater and drama, the first theater in the world) - old town district of Plaka - dinner together (Port Paleo Faliro)
- Day 4:
Bus trip to Mycenae archaeological site and visit - lunch break in Nafplio - visit to the ancient theater of Epidaurus - return journey and dinner
- Day 5:
Digital Museum Nea Smyrni - city history Nea Smyrni digitally prepared - walk to the final dinner together - eat together, talk, exchange between students and teachers - evening walk and dinner together
- Day 6:
Drive to the port of Piraeus - drive by ferry to Aegina - sightseeing and free time - return by speedboat - early night rest - early return flight the next morning (departure at 3.00 a.m.)
